**Job Title: Cleanroom Janitor** **$18.25/hr** **Swing Shift Sun-Wed 5pm-3:30am** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Janitors. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of cleanroom environments by performing janitorial duties. Candidates must be able to work the assigned shifts and perform repetitive tasks while following all safety protocols and company procedures. **Responsibilities** + Perform janitorial duties in cleanrooms. + Complete all tasks listed on the daily schedule. + Operate motorized cleaning equipment. + Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas. + Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor. + Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. + Stop at-risk behavior of others and self. + Perform work assignments in a team with other employees. + Maintain a clean work area. + Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and supervisor directions. + Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers. + Fill in during staff shortages. + Support shift lead in completing punch-list items. + Use proper personal protective equipment. + Present a professional appearance and conduct. + Understand customer service and satisfaction. + Understand reporting systems and the work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in sanitation, janitorial work, or cleaning. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks. + Capability to follow safety protocols and company procedures. + Effective communication skills. + Teamwork and collaboration skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No specific education requirement. + 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity that offers stability and a chance to work in a professional and supportive environment. **Work Environment** Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing a bunny suit.
