**Job Title: Swiss CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines, performing quality inspections on machined components, and managing multiple setups daily. This role offers the opportunity to work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with potential for career advancement. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines. + Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Complete 2-5 setups daily. + Conduct tool changes and offsets. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC Citizen Swiss machinery. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. + Ability to perform tool changes and offsets. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment (automotive, medical, or aerospace) is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a clean and climate-controlled work environment, providing a comfortable setting for our employees. Our facility is primarily focused on manufacturing medical devices, specifically surgical instruments. It is extremely clean and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. The facility employs approximately 100 people, and the position reports to the Machining Manager. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
