**Job Title: Swiss CNC Machinist Setup** **Job Description** Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to run according to the production schedule to meet customer requirements. Understand blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances of finished parts. Set up and install tools to follow established machining processes. Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls. Audit first piece samples of production when required. Complete daily quality documentation such as routers and tags. Complete statistical process control (SPC) charts when required.
