**Job Title: Swiss Lathe Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Swiss Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a job shop that handles a diverse range of projects across various industries, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. A significant portion of our business involves archery products. In this role, you will primarily focus on lathe machines but will also be utilized for other machines as needed. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and machining your own parts. **Responsibilities** + Program, set up, and operate Swiss lathe machines. + Machining parts to precise specifications. + Perform set-ups and adjustments on various machines. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Utilize G&M codes for programming. + Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. **Essential Skills** + CNC Machining Experience + Experience with Swiss lathe machines + Programming Experience + Set Up Experience + Proficiency in G&M Code **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Mastercam **Why Work Here?** We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career. The position is for the 1st shift, with hours from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (or 4:30 PM). The work week is typically 40-50 hours, with no weekend shifts required.
