**CNC Swiss Machinist- Direct Hire** **PAY: UP TO $35/HR** **1ST Shift 6AM or 7AM Start Time 4/10 schedule** **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate Tsugami, Star, Hanwha, or Nexturn Swiss Machines. + Run production parts from start to finish, owning the entire process. + Handle production runs ranging from 100 to 1500 pieces with cycle times of 3 to 5 minutes. + Program machines directly on the shop floor. + Maintain tight tolerances of +/- .0001. + Utilize blueprints, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements. + Conduct changeovers and setups approximately 3 times per week. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC Swiss machines. + Proficiency in CNC setup. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Familiarity with tight tolerances of +/- .0001. + Experience with calipers and micrometers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Hanwha machines is a plus due to new acquisitions. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled environment with the opportunity for weekly overtime.
