THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Switchboard Operator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, expertly managing incoming calls, routing them to appropriate departments, and providing essential information with a courteous and professional demeanor.
