Description

We are seeking a Switchboard Operator for a premier automotive company headquartered in Plano. This position will start ASAP!

1st Shift – Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Pay starts at $20.45/hr

These are full time not temp assignments that offer PTO, Holiday Pay, Shutdown Pay (1 week in December) and Cigna Health Benefits!

Qualified candidates will have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties Include:

Answer & direct phone calls in a polite and fast manner Handling administrative tasks, taking phone calls, transferring calls, providing information and answering to caller inquiries Data entry Strong customer service Active Listening Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Requirements:

Able to work in a team environment Ability to sit for the duration of shift Flexible with job duties Excellent customer service skills Able to pass client's specific hiring criteria, including a pre-employment drug screen Must be at least 18 years old
