Job Description:

The Switchboard Operator maintains the internal phone system and code system, and connects to one- on- one Perfect Serve.

Answer all incoming calls and route appropriately. Complete reports to support registration and pre-cert processes. Watch alarms. Call codes via overhead paging system. Participate in disaster drills. Watch cameras to maintain patient safety outside the doors of the hospital. Call for coverage in registration due to call-offs, codes, or due to high volume. Support registration in times of extreme volumes.
