The Syndicate Desk's goal is to provide STRH's issuer clients with the most cost efficient financing solutions when approaching such markets **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Applies extensive industry/market/product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth. 2. Plays a key role in developing strategy and objectives for designated business area. 3. Act as a liaison between investor clients and the product team. 4. Provide feedback to the product originators on the proposed structures to ensure the financing terms communicated to the client are those that will best position Truist Securities to with terms that will be agreeable to investors 5. Limited responsibility for representation with fiscal, legal, regulatory & trade entities. 6. Teammate acts as first line of defense from a risk and credit perspective **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Experience in leading the execution of an extensive variety of client transactions covering the full advisory and capital raising spectrum 4. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products 5. Proven ability to develop, nurture and monetize “trusted advisor” client relationships with senior executives 6. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitude 7. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely 8. Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus 2. 18-20 years of related work experience 3. 10-12 years of management experience The annual base salary for this position is $350,000 (MD) The annual base salary for this position is $300000 (Director) **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
