Job Title: Syndicated Client Insights Analyst
Location: London, UK (Remote working optional)
About This Role:
Comscore is looking for an analyst who will complete client-driven data analysis to answer user product and data questions and provide useful insights to clients relating to application of data for their business needs, such as RFP response, competitive benchmarking, campaign planning, social media optimization and research.
They will provide first line of product training and support to clients of Comscore’s syndicated product offerings and provide technical tagging support. They will partner with sales to communicate product enhancements and methodology changes to clients, identify training opportunities based on client usage and needs and proactively communicate client updates to respective account leads.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to client questions about data and aid client with interpretation of dataTrain clients on Comscore reports, methodologies, tools, and processes – including digital audience measurement and social monitoring toolsConduct live presentations and demos to provide client support as an assigned resourceCustomise trainings to suit client needs by considering the client’s business needs, industry, and competitorsUse Comscore tools to research and develop client deliverables and insightsAs needed, create content for training sessions and demos, ranging from PowerPoint decks and example Excel reportsConduct client-driven data investigations by analyzing data in reports and from internal systems; escalate investigations to internal teams if analysis is inconclusiveAnswer customer support hotline; escalate issues when appropriate; navigate through internal teams easily and involve management when neededWith assistance, provide clients with data interpretation for RFP responses and internal presentationsSupport Client Insights team by setting up tags after gaining a basic familiarity with tagging and unified reporting across PC, mobile app, video, mobile video, and OTTReceive client dictionary submissions and ensures all definition requests meet Comscore’s branding and dictionary rules; follow Comscore process for submitting changes with supervision and attention to details.What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably with a focus in advertising or marketing0-2 years advertising and/or marketing experienceExperience with Microsoft Office suiteComfortable with internet technologies and basic familiarity of the technical side of how the internet functionsWorking knowledge of social media platformsTo proactively search out additional opportunities to broaden product growth
