Space Protection Programs (SPP) is hiring a Systems Integration & Test Asc Mgr. to lead classified production housed within the Manufacturing & ATLO SPP Hybrid (MASH) facility located on the Waterton campus. Key duties for this position include:
• Responsibility for leading day-to-day operations of classified hardware assembly in an ATLO environment
• Coordination of readiness and support for daily activities across multiple IPTs to include ATLO and external support
• Moderate the interests of cross functional groups to optimize planned operations that acknowledge technical, schedule, cost constraints, and risk
• Providing direct leadership oversight to ATLO floor lead(s)
• Planning, staffing and resource management
Basic Qualifications:
• TS SCI required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI w/polygraph
• Experience in Assembly, Integration and Test Operations
• Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Willingness/ability to support occasional extended/off shifts, and travel
• Willingness/ability to work in processing spaces (clean room, etc.)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or closely related field; or equivalent work experience
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test to include Environmental Test
• Experience in a Satellite assembly/integration & test environment
• Demonstrated experience with product ownership
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, specifications and requirements
• Experience in or adjacent to manufacturing engineering and/or test engineering, with knowledge of hardware integration and test flows
• Team Leadership or Project Management Experience of a Multi Functional/Discipline Team
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space Systems system tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework etc.) or industry equivalent
• Experience working/interfacing with LM ATLS Facilities and Resources
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with customer, PMO, and team members
• Previous L-code/leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
