Overview:\n
The AFINC III contract supporting the 26th\u202fNetwork Operations Squadron (26NOS) is seeking qualified Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) Engineer. The JRSS team oversees an enterprise DoD environment supporting the USAF that requires a unique and dynamic skill set.\u202f\n
\n
Experience Required:\n\n3+ years' of experience as an ACAS Administrator on a military production network\nKnowledge of ACAS products, including Security Center, Nessus Scanner, Passive Vulnerability Scanner (PVS), and applicable best practice guides\nAbility to install, configure, and deploy new scanners, scan groups and repositories using Security Center while following DoD guidance\/policies\nConduct network-based and standalone ACAS scans to scan standalone systems\nConfigure and generate customized scan reports and provide scan data to Cybersecurity personnel\nEnsures scheduled scans are covering 100% of intended assts and run successfully while meeting a 98% credentialed access rate for all devices included in the Network Address Declaration (NAD)\nDocuments steps required to design the ACAS solution for each network to include IP address, Fully Qualified Domain Name, and physical location of each component\nPerform vulnerability scans to include analysis of results, identification of false positives, exceptions, and subsequent POA&Ms and\/or MFRs creation, monitoring and reporting to include POA&M status and contributions to Monthly and Quarterly reports\nScanning and operations support to include supporting the test\/scanning environment, licensing, and target asset refreshes, and credentials\nNotify appropriate Information Technical Equipment Custodian (ITEC) or Property Custodian (PC), in writing, within 4 hours for all accountable item moves\nNeatly bundle and conceal all excess system or peripheral cabling after each installation and repair\n \n\n
Education Required:\n\nHigh School diploma or GED\n\n
Clearance Required:\n\nActive Secret Clearance\n\n
Certifications Required:\n\nIAT - II\nACAS Operator and Supervisor Course OR Teenable.sc Specialist Certification\n\n
