Cloud infrastructure support, automation and performance optimization. Having technical knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking is essential to ensure effective infrastructure management and troubleshooting. The individual will contribute to the following activities as part of OCI Development Support Team:
•    Operating Systems and Networking – Ensure seamless performance and connectivity by managing OS level administration, troubleshooting networking issues, security policies and optimizing system performance.
•    Automation of Cloud Operations - Developing and deploying scripts (using Ansible, Python, Terraform) to automate routine tasks such as infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, backups, and patching.
•    Monitoring and Incident Management – Identifying, analyzing, and resolving cloud infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
