System Administrator
Location: Glynco, GA
Clearance: Public Trust
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Responsibilities· Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
· Provides support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client requests. Provides Tier I, II & III problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
· Provides SME & IPT support and manages other research and testing projects.
· Responsible for image creation, workstation security and encryption support.
QualificationsRequired:
· AA/AS or Equivalent Experience
· Three years of System Administration Experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred:
· Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional
· CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
