Complete Description:
The Mobile Deployment Administrator will serve as a technical resource responsible for utilizing the existing MDM environment to provision, deploy, mange, and support mobile devices.
Essential Responsibilities
Leverage the mobile device management software to securely deliver updates and applications.
Provision mobile devices for the Department’s mobile users.
Use the MDM solution to provide reports, forecasting, and auditing for the enrolled devices.
Respond to and resolve support tickets for mobile device issues.
Update documentation and procedures as needed for mobile device deployment and support.
