This position is responsible for managing a hybrid system across a multitude of environments. This position is expected to interface directly with the client and integrate within a dispersed team.   Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Experience managing Splunk instances Knowledge of Terraform and Packer Experience writing Ansible Playbooks for deploying AWS and Kubernetes resources and applications Experience with Azure DevOps - designing pipelines and deploying builds Comprehensive knowledge of Information Security concerns - working with ISSO to address ATO requirements Requirements Education: BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field preferred and 5 years of related experience 5+ years’ experience with providing analysis of existing processes, requirements, functionality, and systems to determine how a system works Agile Certifications a plus  TS/SCI Clerance required Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff) Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes Office Location and Travel: The primary place of performance is onsite at FBI Central Records Complex (CRC), Winchester, Virginia. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.    This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.   The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
