System Administrator - SME3
Qualified candidate will provide SME technical support for the IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) Suite, including installation, upgrade, and maintenance support. The IBM ITM suite consists of the following:
IBM's Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS) for DB2, CICS, MVS and WebSphere MQ
Tivoli Enterprise Managing Server (TEMS)
Tivoli Omegamon Manager (TOM)
Tivoli Data Warehouse (TDW)
Omegaview
OMEGAMON Dashboard Edition on z/OS
The qualified candidate will support the configuration of the entire Tivoli Monitoring Suite to reduce over-all effort needed for software maintenance, reduce resource utilization (such as Millions of Instructions per Second (MIPS) consumption on the mainframe, and continue to improve redundancy for high availability purposes. Candidate must have demonstrated experience with installing, administering and maintaining the Tivoli suite. Resource will work on the customer site. Off-hours support may be required. No travel.

Knowledge of database structures and DB2/SQL-Skill
Advanced Product Knowledge of the following IBM Tivoli Specific Products:
IBM's Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS) for DB2, CICS, MVS and WebSphere MQ
Tivoli Enterprise Managing Server (TEMS)
Tivoli Omegamon Manager (TOM)
Tivoli Data Warehouse (TDW)

OMEGAMON Dashboard Edition on z/OS
Education:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years or more of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
