Complete Description:
Work with Agency contacts to maintain and administer FileNet application. The FileNet Amin position involves adding new users, resolving password issues, producing reports on user activity as well as upgrading the application with new releases and testing operating system upgrades as they are applied to the servers. This person will need to work with Agency contacts and resolve issues and provide training as needed. This person will also need to work with OCTO DBA's and server infrastructure teams to monitor performance and data backup activities.
