Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a System Administrator with comprehensive system administrative experience to join their team. The System Administrator will support physical access systems and processes to drive efficiency, reliability, security, and performance across multiple power generation division facilities. This position configures, maintains, and supports a physical access management application in support of power generation operations. Responsibilities * Management of physical access system configuration, including programming of physical access points at new facilities * Manages user access, supports access role changes, identifies/assigns privileged users, and maintains access permissions for physical access system * Ensure integrity of physical access system credentials by conducting regular audits and validation checks * Perform routine system maintenance and ongoing monitoring of performance * Serve as a central point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues * Assists project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of new projects * Provide training and support to end-users * Develop user manuals and system documentation * Coordinate system upgrades and new feature implementations * Performs other job-related duties, as assigned
