Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Systems Administrator to support a small team for an Executive State Agency. This position will be heavily involved in the day to day maintenance and operations of all the systems in the environment, which include Windows and Linux systems. Some of the day to day tasks will include responding to tier 1-3 tickets, working with Virtual Machines using VMware, configuring Windows and Linux servers, resolving break fix issues, doing workstation setups, updating documentation, and a heavy use of Active Directory. This person will have a Senior System Admin there to aid and assist in these tasks. For someone with this skillset we are looking to compensate between $30-$40/hr. Skills and Requirements - 4 years of experience in a Systems Admin role  - Experience working and troubleshooting in both Windows and Linux environments    Environment is about 80% windows / 20% Linux - looking for work exp with a similar split    Experience configuring windows and linux servers  - Thorough understanding of Active Directory    Adding/removing users, permissions, etc  - Experience working through desktop and workstation setups  - Familiar with VMware technology and how it can be used in the environment  - Customer service skills working through tier 1-3 issues - Ability to update project documentation - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field  - Network experience - Working with routers, switches, and cable management null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
