Description We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with expertise in Office 365 administration and Azure Admin Center. The ideal candidate will manage and support our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and security for all systems. Key Responsibilities: + Administer and maintain Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. + Manage Azure Active Directory, Azure subscriptions, and Azure resources. + Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration between cloud services and on-premises systems. + Perform regular backups, updates, and patching to ensure system security and integrity. + Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and user permissions. + Provide tier-2 support and resolve escalated technical issues. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator. Strong experience with Office 365 administration and management. Hands-on experience with Azure Admin Center and Azure Active Directory. Proficient in Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, and system monitoring tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
