Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced System Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, laptops and peripheralsInstall, update and patch Windows environmentsUtilize knowledge of active directory and group policies to assign users and components to the systemApply security requirements to systems, and evaluated new solutions prior to their deployment to production environmentsAnalyze and troubleshoot system incidents to determine the root causeBe familiar with virtual environments, including backups, patching and security implementationUtilize configuration management and change management tools to define system component history and relationships

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope PolygraphExperience with classified IT systems and activities such as patching and running scansSecurity+ Certification or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with Virtual ServersCollege degree in related field

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $110,000 - $130,000
