Job Description * Maintain the day-to-day integrity of the application software, interfaces, and dashboards. * Perform application software administration. * Respond to changes in Agency policies that may require hosting updates. * Identify issues and/or risks, mitigate risks under Contractor control and provide recommendations for risks that are beyond Contractor's control. * Provide response to and support audit activities. * Support end users with both general and application-specific issues and act as escalation, backup and Subject Matter Expert for end user support would be preferred but not required. * Perform technical evaluations, analysis, troubleshooting and mitigation for all supported servers in response to support requests. * Plan and recommend hardware replacements as needed. * Build servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination. * Assist with establishing and maintaining appropriate server baseline. * Coordinate planned server outages with management and user population. * Troubleshoot, resolving and reporting on unplanned server outages. * Support development, deployment, and maintenance of Web Service Interfaces. 140K-150K We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
