Other duties may be assigned.):** + Responsible for driving platform success. + Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong two-way communication channel between our business partners and IT. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. + Translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions + Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states. + Partner with the ServiceNow platform admins to design workflows, forms, and reports. + Facilitate workshops and meetings to align platform capabilities with business objectives. + Contribute to the enforcement of best practices with the end-user base and promote the adoption of defined business processes and SOX compliance and ITIL framework. + Investigate enhancement requests, write functional design documents, understand software functionality, and recommend solutions using industry best practices. + Work with our consulting partners to deliver new solutions for our users. + Participate in software updates, patches, and system enhancements by analyzing impact, testing, and training on any changes impacting users. + Conduct end-user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation. + Validate results by testing enhancements, configurations, and workflows for submission to User Acceptance Testing. + Working with the team; prioritizes problems, projects, and requests, and communicates / escalates where appropriate. + Provide issue resolutions and serve as a backup for the Platform Administrator by assisting with platform configurations, instance maintenance, and troubleshooting. + Support the creation, implementation, and management of ServiceNow workflows, automation, and custom integrations with other systems. **Qualifications (Skills Required):** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
