\nSystem Administrator III\n \nWhy We Have This Role\n \nThe Salesforce CRM Development team oversees a robust platform used for tracking all customer interactions across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Finance, and Internal Engineering. The team directly impacts the revenue of the company by building quoting tools and sales processes that aid our sales team in hitting their sales targets, help retain customers through predictive modeling, and facilitate data collection for executives to make real time decisions.\nOur administrators are the catalysts for process improvement through automation within the Salesforce platform. To continue scaling, we need to build smarter systems that let our employees focus on what’s meaningful. As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the platform that facilitates Qualtrics business and that allows the company to scale even faster.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nUnderstanding business processes and objectives & owning strategic initiatives that span across multiple departments.\nCollaborating effectively with teams across different functions to provide guidance on development best practices & recommendations.\nStaying updated with technology trends.\nStaying agile and adaptable.\nContinuously learning and growing, pushing the frontier of SFDC platform knowledge.\nDeploying creative backend and front end solutions to solve end user problems, with an attitude towards getting things done.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nExpanding technical proficiency in relevant SFDC technologies.\nEstablishing development roadmaps and strategic initiatives.\nDeveloping leadership skills through project leadership and mentorship.\nSetting goals, tracking progress, and creating action plans for professional growth.\nUnderstanding business needs and team capacity to determine scope of the team.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nFocus heavily on Salesforce CPQ OOTB functionality to provide end users with a better quoting experience\nMentor, train, and perform infrastructure reviews for team members, fostering their growth and development at all levels.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues.\nDevelop declarative infrastructure for the platform using the basket of declarative tools provided by the Salesforce platform.\nIdentify and reduce system technical debt.\nExecute all phases of software development projects including resolving issues and helping to ensure a successful deployment.\nSupport a great end user experience through thoughtful and creative UX design.\nBuild scalable solutions that incorporate SFDC best practices and set the standard for system architecture and design.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For on your Resume\n\nBachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Economics, or another analytical field preferred)\n3+ years of advanced admin experience on the Salesforce.com platform, in a complex environment preferred.\nSalesforce CPQ experience (Price Rules, Product Rules, Advanced Approvals, etc.).\nSignificant experience with Salesforce Flow, Salesforce user provisioning and permissions best practices, security best practices (e.g. MFA, SSO), and technical debt reduction.\nMultiple admin, or architect SFDC certifications preferred (e.g. Basic Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform Developer 1, etc.)\nProfessional English fluency required.\nExperience successfully working along side other Salesforce administrators and developers in a collaborative code/declarative environment.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nCorporate-wide impact: The system ownership and management extends across multiple departments, and any changes made and implemented have a significant impact and high visibility throughout the entire company.\nConsistent learning: The system knowledge is vast, and team members are encouraged to expand their scope as they progress in seniority.
