Description We are on the lookout for a System Analyst, C. Advanced, to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. This role primarily involves analyzing business rules, updating system documentation, and designing technical solutions. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret business rules and functional requirements to ensure smooth system operations. • Regularly update and maintain system documentation to reflect the current version of the system. • Evaluate requests for system enhancements, provide estimates, and design technical solutions using the Visual Vault SaaS product. • Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts to ensure system modifications are error-free and function as designed. • Facilitate user acceptance testing and document the results of testing activities. • Deploy software updates and maintain the integrity of the system. • Establish and maintain business process workflows to ensure optimal system performance. • Construct effective test plans and cases to facilitate system improvements. • Communicate technical and business information effectively to both users and information technology personnel. • Develop technical documentation to guide users and IT personnel in the operation and maintenance of the system. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on meeting the needs and ensuring the satisfaction of clients • Excellent Communication Skills, including interpersonal and written communication abilities • Experience in Documentation, creating and maintaining records and documents accurately • Knowledge of Procedures and Practices in system analysis • Leadership Skills, capable of guiding and managing a team effectively • Familiarity with Principles of Computer Sciences and their application in system analysis • Proven ability in Decision-Making, making effective choices for business processes • Understanding of Business Process Functions and Enhancement strategies • Experience in creating and executing Test Cases and Test Plans • Skill in Modfication and enhancement of system processes • Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language and its application in system analysis • Proficiency in using SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms • Experience in Deploying systems and software effectively • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and creating effective Test Scripts • Proficiency in creating Technical Documentation and Test Plans • Ability to design and implement Technical Solutions to address business needs • Process Improvement skills, able to identify areas of improvement and implement changes effectively.
