IT Desk Site Support  -  System Analyst (m/w/d)

you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware, applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.

Your tasks:

Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) for two sites and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionalityUser- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentationSupport business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvementsAttention to data and system security and privacy complianceAlignment to compliance requirements (PCI, SOX) and all IT policiesCollaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outsCollaborate with site leader and management teamDaily participation in regional meetings

Your profile:

Completed IT education (Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar.work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areasVery good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardwareAdvanced knowledge about IT infrastructureExperiences with Microsoft Office product familyDetailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibilityAbility to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skillsGood English and German skills and French will be beneficialExperience deploying, supporting, troubleshooting, and teaching troubleshooting techniques for issues with hardware including workstations, phones, mobile devices, printers, and multifunction devices
