**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and and 2 years of experience in IT or a similar role + Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and and 4 years of experience in IT or a similar role + High School Diploma/GED and and 5 years of experience in IT or a similar role **Relevant Work Experience** + 3-5 years Experience Supporting Data Centers monitoring power usage, heat load and cable plant + 3-5 years Experience working with Building Management Systems. + 3-5 years Experience supporting monitoring and reporting tools such as SolarWinds. + 3-5 years Experience coordinating deployment of new systems at data centers + 3-5 years Experience working with Visio or other Diagramming applications. + Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading projects to successful outcomes. + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a commitment to providing excellent support. + Scheduling and guiding preventative maintenance for UPS, Batteries, Cooling systems, etc + Practical networking knowledge (subnets, firewalls, loadbalancing, routing, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SFTP/SFTPS, SMTP). + Willingness to work 24/7 on call support/shift as needed. + Exposure Virtualization technologies, including VMware and Nutanix. + Proficiency in Azure DevOps and a thorough understanding of the Agile framework for project management a plus. + Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively. + Experience working with data centers and a strong cybersecurity-first mentality. **Licenses and Certifications** + Driver's License Required **Additional Physical Demands** + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
