System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer - Java / ERP / HRMS

My client is its industry leading Company in Asia, they are looking for an IT Senior Analyst Programmer/ System Analyst (in-house role) based in Hong Kong for their internal IT Projects in Asia. This is a strong, stable company experiencing growth, the possibilities here are very exciting and the business is doing well!


Responsibilities will include:

* Play a crucial role in program, system and applications development, and ultimately contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
* Work closely with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, work with IT Manager to provide technical recommendations on development approach
* Troubleshoot system error, conducts code review to ensure coding quality.
* Prepare training material, instruction documentations and identify areas of possible system enhancement
* Tackle ad-hoc issues and requests within the team and seek for solution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree holder of above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
* Experience in system development by using in Java, Spring Boot, SQL & NoSQL DB, JUnit, Mockito
* Experience in ERP, HR related system or Microservice architecture design is a plus (Not a must)
* Good communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
* Willing to learn, proactive and good team player.
