**The role you’ll contribute:**
Reporting to the SVP and Director of Corporate Supply Chain, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing multiple projects for AdventHealth System Ancillary Services. The Project Manager must ensure all business, technical and hospital stakeholders are engaged, and projects are completed per the project schedule.

· Plan, control and execute project requirements to ensure business, hospital and information technology objectives are met
· Support the SVP with divisional project management work including, but not limited to, completing field time studies, conducting stakeholder interviews, completing gemba walks
· Create advanced PowerPoint content to be shared at executive level discussions
· Create complex process flow diagrams and maps within mapping software to analyze current and future process flow
· Create and manage project plan related to Merger and Acquisition activities coordinating with multiple members of the team and facility to ensure coordination and completion of project on time
· Track all system ancillary projects associated with weekly meetings and Supply Chain/AdventHealth Clinical Executive Council, creating meeting minutes, and follow up items, tracking progress of each initiative
· Define, manage and monitor project-wide reporting and tracking for leadership updates and review
· Work with System Ancillary leadership for resource assignment to project activity, defining project roles and responsibilities to each resource
· Document and drive issues through resolution, escalation to project leadership, functional/technical, and facility leadership as necessary
· Develop relationships across the team to allow for cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation.
· Oversee and coordinate project team members including operations, strategic sourcing, shared services, consultants, technical, functional (including contact center), and hospital/facility
· Create and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables for each project
· Lead project status meetings
· Ensure detailed project documentation is maintained including meeting minutes, issues/risks logs, and action items, business cases and PowerPoint
· Identify and document opportunities for:
o Efficiency and process improvements
o Lessons learned from previous projects and application to future projects
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:**
· Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
· Experience with executive-level communications and presentations
· Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio
· Ability to solve complex practical problems
· Ability to drive diverse viewpoints to consensus
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and procedures
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager _or_ 3 years’ experience in healthcare management and Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· Experience as a Team Lead or equivalent responsibilities as a project resource
**_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_**
· Oracle PeopleSoft system and process knowledge in the area of FSCM
· Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or the healthcare field
· Continuing education and / or experience in Project Management or other business-related software or practice such as PeopleSoft, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.
**_LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:_**
· PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
