The Amazon SCOT organization is expanding our Vendor Integration Operations (VIO) team:
We are looking for a Systems Development Engineer to support Amazon’s Retail and Direct Fulfillment electronic integration solutions which use both EDI and API to connect Amazon to the top 20% of vendors who in total enable more than 80% of the selection for Amazon.


Key job responsibilities

The VIO Systems Development Engineer will:

* Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information relating to all of our world-wide automation solutions for both integrated vendors and those who are in progress integrating to Amazon through our Vendor Central automation workflows.
* Coordinate large-scale communications to clients around improvements, policies, and procedures.
* Write clear, accurate, and concise documentation for your own solutions and improve your team’s existing documentation.
* Develop & maintain Amazon B2B/EDI specifications, mapping, and technical integration artifacts.
* Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to operational processes.
* Propose and drive initiatives to improve integration technologies.
* Own complex change management and improvement projects and programs.
* Channel vendor feedback to product management, software development teams and leadership.
