Job Summary:
DT Professional Services has an immediate opening for a System Engineer to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division customer in Norco, California! The Navy Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure critical to U.S. Navy operations. The role involves working on a variety of systems, including combat, communication, navigation, and surveillance systems. The Systems Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems meet Navy operational requirements and function reliably in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:Use multiple databases to determine RM&A metrics and assess systems readinessCombine and integrate all failure data to analyze and assess a single system, multi system, or system of systems readinessDevelop and document a single system or system of systems reliability models and criteria for scoring system failure eventsResearch and create assessment criteria’s for navy systemsUse readiness assessment tools, U.S. Navy or Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS)Learn and use the established data editing process including data reviews, data extraction and data loadingBasic Requirements:Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret ClearanceRelevant Engineering Degree AND 2-3 years of relevant experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levelsKnowledge of probability theory and its application in the field of reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A)Knowledge of Navy organization, structure, ship classes, and shipboard systemsHave analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage complex projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsMust be able to work on site in Norco, California
The compensation range for this position: $65,000 - $69,000 annually.
