WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable solutionsResolve and negotiate requirements conflicts internally and with the customerDetermine system architecture that best meets the system requirements and business objectives in aerospace projectsPerform thorough analysis of the system to ensure it meets the technical requirementsManage and control requirements for the system and sub-systemsCreate and/or approve the system validation requirementsPerform technical system risk analysis and propose risk mitigation planCooperation with System, HW/SW Development and Platform Engineers within international teams

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

7+ years of proven experience in related industry (aerospace, automotive, power)Working experience in system level engineering is highly appreciatedStrong background in electronics and overall electrical engineeringExperience in power electronics and motor control is highly appreciatedProven problem solving and troubleshooting skills on systems, sub-systems and components levelExperience of working with customerWorking knowledge of DOORS or other requirements management toolFluent English and Polish languages skills, ablility to explain technical topicsWorking knowledge of standards for airborne systems (ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160 etc.) would be highly appreciatedKnowledge of Matlab & Simulink would be highly appreciated
