Job Description The selected candidate will participate in Agile ceremonies and reviews, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure best business practices in software configuration management, testing, and problem resolution. They will perform technical analysis for hardware and software selection, recommending strategies for successful integration within a SATCOM architecture. The candidate will ensure that software and other deliverables are developed and maintained within a structured Agile process, including tasking, peer review, testing, configuration, validation, documentation, delivery, and installation. They will also analyze system-level integration issues, risks, and mitigation plans, and support software testing and implementation efforts. Position Responsibilities Provide systems engineering support in integration analysis, performance requirements analysis, testing, and evaluation. Support working groups and daily scrum meetings. Document all work performed, including assessments, issue tracking, and developing courses of action. Provide written recommendations through plans, architecture design, specifications, technical reviews, briefings, presentations, trip reports, white papers, and technical studies. Ensure SATCOM platforms, systems/subsystems, and warfighting capabilities are properly tested and meet joint interoperability requirements. Support system testing activities, including testing new or modernized software applications, systems integration tests, operational and developmental tests, and system acceptance testing. Qualifications 10-yrs experience in systems engineering, preferably within a DoD environment. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Must be a US Citizen Proficient in engineering and scientific disciplines. Experience with Agile methodologies.
