RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to support one of our customers in Maryland.\n
RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSupport customers who are integrating Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization security services\nHelp desk support will be provided to aid development teams in understanding how to integrate and resolve issues with REST, SOAP, and Secure Token Services\nSupport will be provided to end users to resolve issues where the expected accesses are not granted\nSupport will be provided in a variety of methods not limited to e-mail, chat, and phone\n\n
REQUIREMENTS\n\nActive TS\/SCI with polygraph required to be considered\nSeven (7) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required\nFive (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years of experience\nPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI )\nweb, SOAP, and RESTful services\nSQL and basic database querying abilities\nLDAP directories\nphone and desk-side customer support\nTicket tracking systems (Request Tracker(RT), JIRA, or Redmine)\nAnalyze system applications and perform troubleshooting\nUnderstand and communicate complex software systems.\nModify wiki sites, blogs, XML\/HTML and write technical documentation to support customers\nAssist with educating\/training customers on software deliveries\nAssist with understanding and defining customer needs work independently\n\n
