System Executive Chef
**Job Description** Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a System Executive Chef for the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. The System Executive Chef is a support role supporting culinary and production within multiple sites. Responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes. Oversees and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards. Applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food. Ensures culinary production appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Ensures proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards. **Job Responsibilities** + System role supporting multiple sites throughout Philadelphia and South Jersey + Supports culinary and production systems and programs as well as the roll out and implementation of new programs within Aramark Healthcare+ Training and development of culinary managers and front-line staff, including new manager training and onboarding + Supports vacancies as needed and large catering events + Auditing and preparation for regulatory compliance + Supports culinary operations within the Northeast Region of Aramark Healthcare+ as needed with supporting new openings, refreshes, coverage, onboarding of new mgrs., etc. + Other project work as needed At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
