Finance intern will get an introduction to Reimbursement, Grants, Corporate Accounting, and Accounts Payable. This intern will work with Finance VP and other leaders but also work independently on projects with AP, Procurement, etc. Goal of the internship will be for our intern to have a good understanding of the Vendor Payment Cycle within Healthcare. This intern would be working with PaymentWorks on vendor management and audit. Working with Corporate Accounting on projects utilizing Alteryx to improve efficiencies within our system and process. Meeting with leaders to review policies and procedures. Refreshing Finance Sharepoint pages.

The specific skillsets that we would like your intern to possess include Excel, Outlook, Teams, and strong communication skills. This position would be ideal for a intern interested in working 4 days per week for a total of 32 hours per week.  The specific programs or areas of study that fit this department include majors in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems, etc.

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. Specific license and/or certification may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation. Other qualifications may vary by department of internship.
