In this role, you will bring your expertise to refine system architectures and implementations, driving product improvements. You will contribute to a team that shapes the Platform Architecture of a wide variety of products, ensuring that power, performance, and thermal controls fully utilize the capabilities of the silicon and software stack to achieve the best user experience. **Description** As a System Integration Architect you will be responsible for: • Ensuring Power, Performance and Thermal Control Architectures are effective. • Realizing the intent of the architectures in products used by our customers. • Driving improvements in architectures across multiple product generations. • Developing and executing architectural verification and validation plans to identify issues early in the development cycle. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to specify, architect and develop telemetry for debugging. • Creating automation scripts for testing, data collection, and analysis. • Setting up hardware environments and operating test equipment for system integration testing. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + Experience with two or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, Databases, C/C++ Experience deploying automation infrastructure **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. + 20+ years of experience in system integration or related fields. + Experience with low-level firmware development. + Familiarity with UNIX-like operating systems. + Experience in telemetry and performance monitoring tools. + Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges. + Written and verbal communication skills. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
