1) Ensure no loss of revenue linked to delay in readiness of implementation pre-requisites.
2) Minimize revenue leakage (if any) through improving syatems accuracy
3) Evolve value engineered maintenance practices to reduce maintenance costs and to increase the life of the equipment. Customer Relation (Internal/external) 1) Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractor, Authority/IE, vendors and SPV Head to ensure achievement of milestones and smooth resolution of issues.
2) Maintain strong relationships with the vendors of systems to ensure service quality and smooth resolution of defects Internal Process / Operations 1) Ensure correct & timely implementation, testing and commissioning of Toll, ATMS & Fibre Optics works.
2) Coordinate with Authority/IE, EPC and local SPVs for all quality processes during pre & post installation phase.
3) Coordinate with EPC contractor and SPV Head to ensure that all pre-requisites required for Toll, ATMS & Optics system are adhering to quality and time milestones prior to COD.
4) Suggest ways to improve system implementation and commissioning to achieve tolling (wrt work scheduling, manpower mobilization by vendor/EPC).
5) Scheduled reporting to all stake holders on progress of work and timely escalation of risks/challanges.
6) Ensure back up and recovery of tolling and ATMS data.
7) Monitor SLAs of all systems to ensure adherence to quality and uptime and levy penalties wherever applicable.
8) Ensure that all routine and scheduled maintenance activities are carried out on all systems and sub systems as per the equipment manuals supplied by the equipment suppliers.
9) Maintain adequate inventory of spare and consumables for each system and sub system.
10) Maintain complete record of all equipment maintenance activities.
11) Suggest ways to improve system operational and maintenance efficiency (wrt hardware specifications, localization, SLA monitoring, equipment usage).
Learning and Development 1) Provide training to all new subordinates in IT & Systems roles at the SPVs.
2) Undertake refresher training in Toll and ATMS Equipment management (audit, development areas and updates on other projects).
3) Update knowledge on equipment fault diagnosis and basic trouble-shooting in order to assess AMC services.

BE / B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Engineering Minimum of 5 to 7 + years' work experience in Tolling, ATMS and OFC Equipment Implementation and Maintenance works
