**Responsibilities**
**Job Summary**
Under the direction of the System Director, Retail Pharmacy Services the incumbent will work closely with retail and specialty pharmacy leadership across the pharmacy enterprise. Will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of accreditation, trade relations, and manufacturer compliance in the retail and specialty pharmacy business line. They will collaborate with the specialty teams and other operational teams within and outside of CommonSpirit to ensure the specialty pharmacy has drug access that meets demand and all dispensing and data requirements can be met.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accreditation** : Will be the team expert on all expectations of retail and specialty pharmacy accreditations, including but not limited to URAC and ACHC, and Medicare DME accreditation. Will update policies and procedures according to current standards for all retail and specialty pharmacy operations under CommonSpirit Health. Will coordinate all shipping and dispensing requirements with the specialty pharmacy manager. Will update the Welcome Kit and all required regulatory documentation needed to maintain accreditation compliance. Will collect all data points needed to apply and maintain all accreditations in the pharmacy. Will develop audit tools, guidance checklists, and training for specialty pharmacy managers and clinical managers and the retail and specialty pharmacy team to ensure accreditation operational compliance within the pharmacy. Will prepare pharmacies for re-accreditation and offer support during the re-accreditation process onsite. Will look for opportunities to expand accreditations to offer more services to the patients of CommonSpirit Health.
**Trade** : Will build and maintain relationships with trade to expand LDD access and identify/obtain contractual specialty medication pricing discounts through manufacturers for CommonSpirit specialty pharmacies. Will collect all data reporting requirements necessary for access. Will assist data and analytics to ensure data capture and reporting is compliant with manufacturer requirements. Will audit pharmacy buyers to ensure medication purchasing methods are compliant with manufacturer requirements. Will coordinate all clinical training requirements from the manufacturer with the clinical pharmacy manager and the pharmacy team. Will assist in setting up new REMS programs and audit tools to ensure REMS compliance in collaboration with the clinical specialty manager. Will collaborate with the business management team to ensure direct purchase accounts are set up in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field or business management
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmacy required
+ Experience in retail and specialty pharmacy accreditation required
+ Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing
**Pay Range**
$54.24 - $78.65 /hour
