All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **The role you’ll contribute:** The role of the System Modality Program Manager of Ancillary Services is to support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and oversight of the Ancillary governance functions among ancillary services including Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory and Respiratory Care. This individual is an integral member of the system ancillary leadership team overseeing integration and development of ancillary governance; ensuring effective organization so that the strategy and objectives set forth by system ancillary governance are implemented in a timely and efficient manner. The Modality Program Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of the ancillary governance functions and will have leadership responsibility for managing and overseeing the operations of the governance process. This individual should be aware of the external forces impacting standardization among all regions within the ancillary services. This individual will report to the System Director of Ancillary Services. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Engages and manages cross-functional teams during the system ancillary services governance process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to ensure resolution and execution of determined system governance ancillary strategies · Manages governance project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports · Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities as necessary for successful ancillary governance · Creates and maintains comprehensive ancillary governance documentation and tracking · Interfaces directly with governance stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines · Manages day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of system modality governance work · Tracks governance project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines · Develops high-level reports and presentations for executive team · Directly interfaces with physicians and senior leadership for alignment, assuring clinical ancillary services stability and growth · Serve as an active business partner with the Clinical Ancillary Services Governance leaders and Physician/Operational SMEs in the strategic development and vision of ancillary services across the company Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:** · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to our constituents. · Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. · Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the position. · Ability to work effectively and efficiently, independently or with a team with minimal supervision. · Refined presentation competencies and executive level communication capability. · Ability to quickly develop relationships to influence change and elicit action. · Ability to assess complex scenarios and make recommendations concerning matters of major importance to ancillary governance leaders. · Strong business acumen, intelligence, and capacity; able to think strategically and implement tactically. · Ability to accept responsibility for actions and results, with a drive to achieve and outperform, and desire for continuous learning and improvement. · Working knowledge of project management, market research and data analytics. · Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite. **_KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PREFERRED:_** · Experience launching new programs, teams and complex strategies across business units. · Able to optimize existing resources to achieve economies of scales/synergy. · Project management and coordination, leadership, and strategic plan development. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** · Minimum of two (2) years in progressive programmatic, modality/services, or entry-level management experience in the healthcare field. · Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a health care setting. **_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_** · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
