We are looking for a new team member at Customer Services department - System specialist for healthcare systems.
Your main responsibilities: - Perform IT operations and maintenance activities (according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards). - Contribute to planning, designing and implementing of the operational and maintenance environment for in-house IT application and infrastructure landscapes. - Support customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes. - Advice accountable management of the unit, in all IT operation and maintenance related issues. - Implement programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in IT Operations. - Execute relevant operational and maintenance tests, and designs and documents existing and changed operational processes. - Communicate with vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve principle local IT problems, or cooperates with central IT in that respect. - Drive principle IT Operations on-site or at the region. - Perform complex IT installations, integration as well as operations and maintenance processes requiring in-depth technical knowledge in specific fields of expertise such as data center, network, IT workplace or telecommunications operations as well as the operation and maintenance of individual and whole landscapes of business and infrastructure applications. - Develop necessary service levels in order to fulfill operational requirements. - Identify operational IT problems and seeks resolutions without impact to end user. - Perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings. - Keep abreast of developments in industry regarding IT operations and maintenance. - Typically report to an IT Operations Manager or Team Lead
Our main requirements: - Hardware and system admin skills: (advanced level) - General knowledge of administration of network and network infrastructure - Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS and Active Directory - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration - Advanced knowledge of Linux (an advantage) - Basic knowledge of MSSQL (welcomed) - Reliability, responsibility, highly independent work within dedicated team - Corresponding communication skills
- Potential to provide shared services also out of country or within virtual support team - Driving license B
Language skills: - English level (B2 sufficient)
