Our client, a leader in technology services, is seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant II to join their team. As a Field Technical Support Consultant II, you will be part of the technical support department, providing essential services to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Field Technical Support Consultant II
**Location:** Portsmouth, NH
**Pay Range:** $25
**What's the Job?**
+ Responsible for laptop repair in HP's Depot Repair program.
+ Provide monitoring, acceptance, ownership, and closure of calls in the customer call ticketing system and HP system.
+ Diagnose and verify failures using supplied software tools and utilities.
+ Provide part requests to facilitate repairs.
+ Responsible for monthly service call reporting.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in laptop repair and technical support.
+ Proficiency in using diagnostic software tools.
+ Ability to manage service calls and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
