What you’ll own
Analyzes problems, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up.Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.Work with internal support functions and onsite teams in resolving / preventing issues / escalations.Mentor staff to ensure all duties are performed in an accurate and timely manner.Plans and maintains efficient operations by designing, implementing and evaluating level one operations process.Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries for data validation and troubleshootExcellent team player.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.Other related duties as assigned.
