Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC provides uniquely qualified personnel with the expertise and tools needed to fulfill our customers’ management and technical requirements in the intelligence, defense, homeland security and commercial market space.  ​  ​ Our customers’ and Syntelligent’s success are built upon the core values of People First, Integrity & Accountability, Mission Driven, Community Focus and Team Oriented.    Responsibilities:    Syntelligent is hiring for a System Support Specialist in Langley AFB,VA with a TS/SCI level clearance.***This is a pipeline position***   Position: System Support Specialist Location: Langley AFB, VA Shift: No    Basic Functions Performed:  Provide support including but not limited to desktop, mobile devices, networks, and asset management Troubleshoot and resolve customer related Information Technology (IT) issues via telephone, email, or in-person Install IT related infrastructure, equipment, and/or electronic devices in accordance with security and industry standards Document support activity in designed ticketing or tracking system Provide professional solutions to end-users regarding requirements status and/or escalate requirement to appropriate support level for further resolution Develop Standard Operating Procedures and solutions for reoccurring issues and disperse to end-users Basic Qualifications:  Active TS/SCI Clearance required DOD 8570 IAT Level I certified (IAT Level II desired) Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing computer/hardware/software troubleshooting and help desk support functions General understanding of asset management with security requirements status and/or escalate requirement to support level for further resolution Experience supporting software and network applications Online applications, please.
