Job Description Insight Global is seeking System Technician talent for an enterprise healthcare client in the Flemington, New Jersey area. The plant location is responsible for the sterility of medical & surgical equipment and has a large focus on automation and robotics machinery. Candidates must possess strong curiosity and collaboration skills. Availability for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift. Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment Installing, modifying, and upgrading electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer equipment Experience supporting a wide range of equipment, including production, maintenance, assembly and packaging Troubleshooting, installing, and start-up of new equipment Familiarity with OEE metrics to drive and influence continuous process improvement Effective written and verbal communication skills We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
