Job Description
Insight Global is seeking System Technician talent for an enterprise healthcare client in the Flemington, New Jersey area. The plant location is responsible for the sterility of medical & surgical equipment and has a large focus on automation and robotics machinery. Candidates must possess strong curiosity and collaboration skills.
Availability for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift.
Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
Installing, modifying, and upgrading electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer equipment
Experience supporting a wide range of equipment, including production, maintenance, assembly and packaging
Troubleshooting, installing, and start-up of new equipment
Familiarity with OEE metrics to drive and influence continuous process improvement
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Skills and Requirements
-Associate's degree within robotics, automation, engineering and 2 years of working experience OR GED and 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
-Experience independently troubleshooting and repairing electrical and automation equipment
-Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
-Proficient PLC knowledge, preferably Allen Bradley
-Current NJ Boiler's License OR openness to obtaining null
