Job Summary
System Test Engineering Services
Create new software simulation tests that adhere to established best practices parameters and criteria based on Suppliers expertise and knowledge of operations which align to the SLA categories
Responsibilities
Conduct triage failing simulations review and report relevant failures to be documented in a complete accurate and programmatic report manage resolution of test failures improve workflow update existing tracking and verify accuracy of results to align to the SLA categories
Create detailed test descriptions and diagrams for tests of requirements that adhere to established best practices parameters and criteria based on Suppliers expertise and knowledge of operations to align with the SLA categories
Oversee test creation process to align with the SLA
Use in-house tools to review simulation resultsTriage failures properly align with the SLA categories on Suppliers expertise and knowledge of operations
Execute project management planning to meet the SLAs
Document exceptions for limited failing tests which convey why particular failing tests are acceptable
Update queries for existing dashboards to reflect the latest release
Document overall status of the relevant simulations in a project management report
Improve workflows through automation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110K to 120K
depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
