Drives sustainable, commercial growth by identifying regional system value and access strategies across the cancer and gene therapy brands, that deploy resource to improve impact and are aligned to the integrated care systems strategic priorities.

Develops system value and access marketing strategies that facilitates pathway and system transformation to enable better health outcomes for patients and access to Janssen’s innovative Haematology Oncology medicines.

Define the Oncology, Haematology and Cell Gene Therapy cross portfolio value proposition that demonstrates and documents value above the brand, targeting senior, regional, NHS partners across strategic integrated care system geographies.

Leadership accountability of the strategic account management process for the cancer and gene therapy portfolio, targeting leading cancer centres and strategic Integrated care system geographies.

As a System Value and Access Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing the system value and access marketing strategy across the Oncology, Haematology and Cell Gene therapy brands:

Determine the segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies that will deliver system value across integrated care systems.Develop system value and market access strategies across new products launching over the next 5 years, ensuring full alignment with the brand strategy.Develop the Oncology, Haematology and Cell Gene Therapy cross portfolio value proposition to meet customer needs, demonstrating and documenting the financial and non-financial value of key therapy areas and Janssen’s service and solutions.In order that value propositions are appropriately developed, gain timely input from and partner with all internal collaborators (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Business Intelligence, Strategic Access Managers, Patient Access, EMEA).Multi disciplined collaboration with the core value team to align the system value and access strategies with the brand plans.Ensure that all regional market access activities and owners in the launch readiness framework are identified and work with relevant internal partners to achieve regional market access launch goals.Define metrics and supervise the financial and non-financial value delivered.

External environment scanning and networking across strategic integrated care systems.

Engage with key external partners, build, and leverage positive relationships with strategic NHS customers across the integrated care system to develop insights on the NHS and external environment.Engages with key opinion leaders and strategic decision makers in regional ecosystems to optimise the positioning and messaging of Janssen’s brands, services, and solutions.Facilitate the co-creation of value propositions with customers to meet their needs.Commission market research though agencies and partner with business intelligence to analyse data, build insights and advise materials required to support market access.Deliver external insights to the business to advise decision making at strategic ICS level.

Accountable for crafting materials that optimise the execution of the system value and access marketing strategy.

Develop and project manage materials, and marketing and communication campaigns, which demonstrate and detail the system value of collaborating with Janssen UK by partnering with omnichannel and external creative agencies and promo material companies.Develop key messages for system value and access value proposition and ensure effective communication to the customer through multi channels and ensuring consistency with the National Market Access plan.Lead and craft the commercial strategy at NHS strategic events, positioning Janssen UK as a preferred service and solutions partner to the NHS.

Develops customer engagement plans via a range of channels that puts the integrated care systems at the centre.

Drive balanced growth by crafting localised value propositions, bringing the mindset, skill, and resource of marketing to personalise our approach and improve customer experience in strategic integrated care systems.Plan marketing mix to optimise channels and tailor content based on the customer need.Works in partnership with marketing omnichannel to plan strategically and deliver personalised, customer focused, digital engagement solutions.
