Position Title: Systems, Senior Analyst – IT Supply Chain Brazil

Location: Balneário Piçarras, SC or São Paulo, SP or Pouso Alegre, MG

Work model: Hybrid 3-2

Reports to: Manager, Business Applications
 

We are seeking a Systems, Senior Analyst to support and enhance our supply chain systems in Brazil. This role requires a strong background in Datasul with preferred experience in Advanced Planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business teams to optimize processes related to Purchasing (Direct & Indirect), Manufacturing (Planning & Execution), and Demand & Supply Planning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance Datasul ERP functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Leverage Advanced Planning capabilities to drive efficiency in supply chain processes.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to identify and implement system improvements.

Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead and support integration projects involving Datasul and other enterprise systems.

Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of system enhancements.

Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Analyze data and generate insights to improve supply chain efficiency and decision-making.

Promote standard processes based on regional and global best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across supply chain operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Solid experience working with Datasul ERP, with Advanced Planning capabilities.

Strong knowledge serving Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Demand & Supply Planning processes/areas.

Proven ability to manage projects and drive system improvements.

Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

Proven business partnership capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.

Technical proficiency to support system configurations and integrations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.

Experience with Datasul integration projects is a plus.
