The Systems Accounting Specialist, working hand in hand with the Center of Excellence, will be the main point of contact for the COE Accounting/Operations team to the field offices. Be responsible for tracking all Center of Excellence/Small-Mid Solution clients and prospects financial and operational activity.

An excellent problem solver, you thrive on making customers happy and coming up with great solutionsYou have a strong sense of team work, and you are highly dependableYou are communicative and able to be effective via written and oral communicationAttention to detailStrong organizational skills What You'll Do Act as the lead accounting data analyst for Applied Epic and Vertafore AMS360/BenefitPoint for the COE.Provide accounting audit support as needed to Regions/Offices that work with COEProficient with the accounting functionality within the Epic, BenefitPoint and AMS360 Agency Management SystemsDemonstrates proficient working knowledge of day-to-day accounting insurance business processes/workflows. Ability to relate the business processes to system workflows. Assist in development and maintenance of the AssuredPartners Center of Excellence documents including, but not limited to, training manuals, handouts, Standard Operating procedures, etc.Develop and maintain new/improved AssuredPartners accounting workflows, to ensure the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and automation utilization throughout the Agency. Educate and train all applicable employees on new or revised workflows when needed.Ability to think on the fly and know best business practices or able to keep a meeting moving and research unanswered questions later.Create monthly agency bills in EPIC for clients as neededInput all necessary information in BenefitPoint including commission splitsAuditing including COE variance reports, commission split correction, commission tacking, general premium and End of month financial auditsInput and track all key information in Smartsheet/various tracking systems.
